Oversee two single-family houses and one Oxford House.  Duties include general maintenance, Finding and screening new tenants, responding in a prompt manner to tenant comments and concerns.  Developed skills in managing multiple bank accounts and corresponding home loans.

Maintain the operation of KFIS, KPDQ and KYRP in an unmanaged environment.  Tasks include but not limited to, monitor all incoming audio sources for volume and content, resolve commercial breaks in computer with paper logs, screening calls, connecting guests with host. The position requires an ability to communicate with talk host, guests and callers on information relevant to program.  Prepared incoming programs from various production companies for station playback.

Assisting to plan and execute station events including: On-site set-up, execution of promotions and contests, photographing activities, distribution of station merchandise and collateral items, registering of listeners for prizes and contests, on-site tear-down. Monitor studio and phone calls during pre-recorded shows.  Contact and work with engineering during the event of station blackout.  Able to record and playback call ins, remotes, and traffic updates.

Produce 2-minute fillers of comedy content to fill unsold commercial breaks for All Comedy Radio rebroadcast.  The fillers contained content such as stand up, humorous songs, and station sketches.  All pieces previewed from PD before station use.
